
The air was ice-cold—too cold for any living soul to feel safe, to breathe in it. Blood was spattered everywhere, staining the floor and walls. Shadows danced on the blood-stained walls as one candle flickered, casting a twisted and sinister glow.
Three bodies lay on the ground, cut and torn like raw meat. One head dangled loosely by a muscle, and in the corner, eyes had rolled off freely.
